When you are ready to book your photo session, just give us a call. We will ask for the date(s), the start time, the location, the number of children and number of teams.
We will send the order envelopes to your league’s photo coordinator approximately 3 weeks prior to the shoot date. We ask that the envelopes be handed to the children the week before picture day. We will provide additional envelopes on picture day.
Our photographers will do all that they can to accommodate special requests. Want all your children in one photo? Want a picture with your star athlete and your favorite coach? No problem; just ask our photographer on picture day.
Absolutely! As a valued-customer, we are more than happy to work with you to find ways to help generate additional revenue. We have several rebate programs available as well as other fundraiser ideas.
When we schedule your picture day, we will also choose a rain/snow day. For a spring shoot, it is helpful if we can schedule a back-up, indoor location. We can always photograph indoors using “green screen” technology and we can create a customized background just for your league.
Unfortunately no. We work on a pre-pay basis traditionally, and orders need to be place on the day of the shoot. However all of our work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if your parents are unhappy they will receive a refund or re-shoot at their request.
